·	How can I confirm my press release has been sent?

Hopefully by the overwhelming response. However, truthfully, that does not happen for all press releases. Therefore, we send you a copy, along with the editors and/or talk show hosts, as well as one automated "out of the office" response which we forward on to you.

·	How will editors and talk show hosts contact me about my press release?

Since your personal contact information is in the press release, editors and talk show hosts can contact you directly. Should they hit the "reply" button, their response will come to the e-mail address of yourname@publicityink.biz. We then forward those replies to you, usually the same day.

It usually takes about 48 hours from the time we get your order to get it into the In Boxes of editors and talk show hosts nationwide. We COULD get it right out, but because we take the time to make sure it is completely accurate and just the way you want it, we send you a "proof" which you must okay before we go ahead and send. Also - we don't send press releases out past about 2 p.m. Because that is when everyone is thinking about going home. If your press release needs immediate sending, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Just remember, when you rush, that’s when mistakes are made.
